The audition is designed to assess your blowout approach, observe your communication skills with your model, and also offer coaching and feedback on your technique to see what kind of a learner you are. Most importantly, we need to know that you are teachable, and open to learning new techniques. After we see the finished look, we will be able to decide the appropriate next steps. YOUR MODEL AND THE LOOK You will be performing one of Drybar’s signature looks on your model. We would prefer the length of hair to be past the shoulders. Please bring your cosmetology license to verify that it is valid and current. We would like for you to dress in Drybar dress code, which is black, white, grey, yellow, and denim. Shoes/accessories are up to you. Business attire is not required (don’t take professional too far!). You will not need to bring any tools or product with you. We will supply all of the Drybar products and tools that you will need to create a fabulous blowout!
